Hello, I’m Heather Disher, the proud founder and owner of Disher Advisory Synergy (DAS), affectionately known as DAS. Additionally, I am at the helm of Alchemy Outsourcing (AO), because, as you’ll come to realise, I do appreciate a good acronym.
At AO, we specialise in placing virtual assistants for business owners globally. Our mission is simple: find the right match in experience, skills, values, and culture for your back office needs.
In my role at DAS, I bring meaningful and thoughtful leadership, whether serving as a Non-Executive Director, Chair of Governance Board/s, or Director of private company Governance and Advisory Boards. As an individual, my aim is to stay relevant, lead with grace, joy, and purpose, and most importantly, support business owners in turning their dreams and goals into reality. The same principles guide both DAS & AO.
